Today is the deadline for Kamsky's Manager to finalise the Bid for the match and avoid having it played in Topalov's home country. Anand's challenger is to come from this match and it is due to begin in less than a month.
Is Kamsky's manager having trouble getting the money or is this a form a pyschological warfare to throw Topalov off, time will tell.
